Md. Shakhawat Hossain is the CEO of SHUVO Air Service. He also leads SHUVO Enterprise and serves as the Director of SHUVO Construction & Consultant, along with being an Associate at The Lawyers' Zone. With prior experience at Edison Group (Symphony Mobile) and Abdul Monem Ltd. (Coca-Cola Factory), he has built expertise in Administration, HR, and legal affairs.

He is a proud member of DCCI, JCI, IATA, ATAB, TOAB, e-CAB, E-Club, BSHRM, BD Inbound, and TDAB actively contributing to the business and travel sectors.

Academically, he holds a BBA & MBA (HRM & Marketing) from AIUB, a Master of International Trade & Business (MITB) from Dhaka University, and an LLB from the National University of Bangladesh.

SM Robiul Islam is a dynamic entrepreneur and business professional with a strong background in biotechnology and business innovation. Born in Dinajpur, Bangladesh, in 1988, he pursued his early education at Bangladesh Navy School and College and later at Sharoj International College. He earned his degree in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University before moving to Finland in 2011 to further his studies. In Finland, he completed a course in Innovative Business Services in 2015 and began his career as an Assistant Supervisor at a Finnish company.

With a passion for entrepreneurship, he established his own business in 2017, initially launching two restaurants and later expanding into multiple cities across Finland. With a deep understanding of business development, management, and customer service, SM Robiul Islam continues to explore new opportunities in international business and workforce recruitment.

Razaul Karim Rubel, born in 1987, is a seasoned professional in student counseling andinternational education consultancy. He completed his SSC (2004) from Dhaka Collegiate School and HSC (2006) from Udayan College. His academic journey took him abroad, where he pursued Level 5 & Level 6 in IT and Business Management in London (2009) and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Cyprus (2016). With a deep passion for student guidance, he has been actively involved in student counseling, helping aspiring students achieve their educational goals abroad.

Md. Imrul Hasan was born on December 31, 1986, in Burichong, Cumilla, Bangladesh. He completed his early education at Burichong Ananda Pilot Govt. High School and later studied at Cumilla Victoria Govt. College. A Civil Engineer by profession, he is currently based in Turku, Finland
