General Documents Required

Basic Documents

  • ✓ Seven (07) months valid passport with an old passport if you have one.
  • ✓ Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 3 months (white background only, passport size)
  • ✓ Bank statements for the last seven months with a bank solvency certificate (last balance 3,00,000+). It should be a maximum of 3 days old.
  • ✓ Visiting card
  • ✓ NID card
  • ✓ TIN certificate
  • ✓ Confirm air ticket
  • ✓ Confirm hotel booking

Business Person

  • ✓ Renewal trade license copy with notary public (English translated)
  • ✓ Memorandum for limited company
  • ✓ The blank page of the office letterhead pad

Job Holder

  • ✓ No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • ✓ Office ID copy both sides
  • ✓ BMDC certificate for doctor
  • ✓ BAR Council certificate for advocate

Student

  • ✓ Student ID card photo copy both sides
  • ✓ Birth certificate (only for child & infant)

Others

  • ✓ Marriage certificate copy (for family application only)

Visa Fees

1. Payment methods: If the status showing "Passport to be submitted", then applicants can make the payment at the same time as submitting documents at the Visa Application Center on working days, 9:00 am–3:00 pm. The Visa Application Center accepts cash and bank transfer.

3. Notes:

  1. The total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = Visa fee + Application Service fee (tax inclusive). Visa fees are tax exempted and collected on behalf of the Chinese Embassy. Application Service fees (tax inclusive) are charged by the Center.
  2. Fees for other countries may differ from the listed. Final payment requested by the Visa Center shall prevail.
  3. The service fee is subject to change due to changes in exchange rate. Please follow the payment instruction when collecting your passport.
